We partnered with CM YUVA (Chief Minister Yuva Udyami Abhiyan) to establish and scale its digital presence from the ground up, to create widespread awareness about the scheme, its benefits, and its impact on youth entrepreneurship across Uttar Pradesh. Starting from zero on 24th January, our mandate was to build official social media platforms that could inform, inspire, and mobilize the youth of the state—while positioning CM YUVA as a flagship, aspirational, and action-oriented government initiative.

Defined clear content pillars aligned with CM YUVA's vision: Entrepreneurship awareness, Financial support & loan guidance, Youth success stories, Scheme updates and government messaging. Established a consistent visual and language identity.
  • High-Impact Content & Storytelling: Developed short-form video content to simplify and humanize the scheme. Produced reels focused on 'How CM YUVA works' explainers, Youth-centric motivational messaging, Real beneficiary stories and journeys, Application process and benefits. Balanced informational content with aspirational storytelling.
  • Reel-First Growth Strategy: Leveraged Instagram and Facebook reels for maximum organic reach. Designed content to align with trending formats while retaining institutional integrity. Focused on emotional resonance, relatability, and clarity.
  • Community Building & Engagement: Responded to comments and queries to build trust and participation. Used consistent call-to-action encouraging youth to apply and explore the scheme. Strengthened audience retention through recurring content formats.
